Jiu Jitsu Classes

We are a family-friendly environment and strive to radiate positive energy in our academy. We encourage everyone to chase their dreams and will work with you to accomplish your goals, no matter how big or small, they are within your reach!

We have classes for all ages and experience levels. The academy is open 7 days per week and has morning, and night classes every weekday, with noon classes three days per week to provide a wide range of training options. We offer adult jiu jitsu classes, kids jiu jitsu classes, women’s only jiu jitsu classes, self defense training, judo, wrestling, kickboxing, and we also offer a range of personal training options.

Additionally, we have weight lifting and plyometric equipment for use to help you reach your fitness goals as well as your martial arts goals.

We have family package discounts and also offer discounts for veterans, active duty military, police officers, and first responders.

Kids Classes

Littles Jiu Jitsu Program ages 3 – 5, classes 3 days / week

Kids Jiu Jitsu Program ages 5 – 11, classes 6 days / week

Teens Jiu Jitsu Program ages 12-17, classes 7 days / week

Kids: $400 + free gi and t shirt

Teens: $450 + free gi and t shirt

Schedule:

We offer gi and no gi kids jiu jitsu classes 6 days per week. Teens follow our adult jiu jitsu schedule. Please refer to our schedule for class times.

*Upgrade to a family package by adding a child to any existing membership at a discounted rate.

Schedule:

We offer gi and nogi jiu jitsu classes 7 days / week. Monday – Saturday Fundamental Jiu Jitsu classes and open mats on the weekend.

We also offer Wrestling, Judo, and Kickboxing classes for our adults and teens.

Adults Jiu Jitsu

We offer adult jiu jitsu fundamentals classes Monday – Saturday and have open training on Saturday and Sunday as well. We have classes in the early morning, noon, and in the evening to provide for several different schedules. The adult Jiu Jitsu Program also includes our wrestling, judo, and kickboxing classes. Both our month to month and 12 month commitment memberships include unlimited classes.

Womens only jiu jitsu classes

We offer women’s only jiu jitsu classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm. Our women’s only classes are taught by a female instructor and are focused on self defense for women and fundamental jiu jitsu.

Schedule:

We offer gi and no gi women’s only jiu jitsu classes 3 days a week, taught by a female instructor. Please refer to our schedule for class times. All of our memberships offer unlimited classes.

Private coaching

We offer private lessons for individuals or small groups. Different instructors can accommodate private lessons for jiu jitsu, kickboxing, self defense, and personal training.
