I initially hesitated to try jiu jitsu, fearing the intensity of a full contact martial art, but the talented coaches at this school have a true passion for teaching and building a supportive community, which made me feel at ease as a total beginner. The team here is great. The more advanced students are incredibly skilled and dedicated to improving, but they are also patient and eager to help newcomers like me learn proper techniques and grow our abilities. Regardless of your experience level, you'll find an open and encouraging environment full of people excited to train together. The knowledgeable coaches foster an atmosphere that is both challenging and nurturing for students at every level.
